Foodpanda is a good initiative for home delivery of food. However the service quality vs ranking of this company is not adequate. Still lots of lacking needs to be improved.
Foodpanda is a good initiative for home delivery of food. However the service quality vs ranking of this company is not adequate.
Also there's no direct helpline service, no customer care number is provided properly, delivers wrong items, on offer products mostly they provide less quantity foods, delivery cost and over all costing is too high for even less costing food items, delivery time also takes long, based upon location the services are not always available specially at night, has to order from different foods from different shops with multiple delivery charges, etc. There are still lot of lacking and management issues, it needs lots of improvements.

- No direct customer care service or number
- Review option is also bad
- Not always proper item is delivered
Preferred solution: Improved service, many times I got wrong items or items not properly, etc.
