I have waited for my food more than 1hour and the estimated waiting time suddenly increased. Tried contacting food panda using the live chat but there’s no reply at all (might as well don’t call it live chat).
Unable to contact rider as well. It seems like the rider has lost his way based on the GPS. Such a bad experience with food panda. Instead of improving their services, they have done it worse.
Kudos to making your customers so pissed and remains uncontactable.
