I have used foodpanda quite often and I don't normally have a problem with it. But sometimes, they start extending the delivery time from what was promised.
It's bad enough that they are running late, but they add on to that time even more. It's way past lunch time and they're still not gonna be here for another 45 minutes, which they added on from the original timing. I wish they could improve on that part of the service. I had to wait 1 hour for the rain to stop before I could order?
Fine. They're gonna take 1 hour to deliver? Fine. THEN THEY DARE TELL ME THAT THEY'RE RUNNING LATE AND ADD ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR TO THE TIME?
Maybe they don't understand why people order delivery? They should give compensation or at the very least give a reason as to why they are late.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Food and the quality of the delivery.
I didn't like: Delivery time.
