Two days straight, on June 3rd and 4th 2018, my food arrived late (Wing Zone on the 3rd, BK the 4th) by at least half an hour. The 4th June fiasco is THE LONGEST DELAY I have ever encountered in my experiences with the service.

I literally yelled at the rider for being so late even after he showed me proof as to why he was late; I even threatened to drag his bosses to consumer court.

In retrospect, I should have neither taken the food nor paid for it.

Does anyone have any contacts in the consumer courts who I can reach out to? Thanks.
