Foodpanda Philippines - Late delivery, rude customer service
Today I pre-ordered food to come at 11:45, because I needed it for an engagement at 12. For some reason, the ETA kept extending, and when you looked at the map, you could see the rider going back and forth between my house and the restaurant.
Eventually, the rider arrived at 12:50. I tried asking customer service what was happening, but they only got back to me when the rider arrived an hour later than he was supposed to, and were far from sincerely apologetic. The food was also cold and soggy, naturally, having had meant to be consumed an hour before. I also couldn't leave the house until the food came, as I had already paid for it, and it was too late to find another alternative.
I ended up being an hour late to where I had to be, ruining the schedules of so many other people in the process. They did not attempt to compensate for their mistake in any way.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
