I had ordered via foodpanda app last month for Rs 420 which I paid instantly online thru paytm.Later on I got to know from a FP call that the restauarant is closed and my amount will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

Very next day I received a sms also confirming the initiation of the amount.

But its been 1 month i have beel following up over email and chat to their customer care and none cared to attend my concern.I have email and sms as evidence from FP confirming the initiation of the refund which I have not received even today.
