I had ordered via foodpanda app last month for Rs 420 which I paid instantly online thru paytm. Later on I got to know from a FP call that the restauarant is closed and my amount will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

Very next day I received a sms also confirming the initiation of the amount.

But its been 1 month i have beel following up over email and chat to their customer care and none cared to attend my concern. I have email and sms as evidence from FP confirming the initiation of the refund which I have not received even today.
