My delivery was late again for the 3rd or 4th time and they tell me to treat this as a unique incident. I was also promised a compensation voucher a fortnight ago...none was given until i remembered and had to remind them and only then did I get the voucher.

therefore, i couldnt use the voucher as promised on my latest order and furthermore the delivery was late again.

I asked how I can be compensated for all these nonsense, disappointment about how they deal with customers and utter forgetfulness...they just tell me to treat this as a unique incident. i was hoping foodpanda can make good with the disappointment of their customers but alas...

Preferred solution: at least a minimum of a compensation voucher thats all.
