Foodpanda Philippines - Very poor feedback and service
If the food ordered is not available, there should be a better way of contacting directly instead of forcing us to keep watch over their "progress" report. I ordered from a restaurant that said it would take 64 minutes.
After watching the progress that said the restaurant took our order I did other things. This is the convenience of online ordering after all. After 64 minutes, when I looked I was informed that the food was out of stock.
There was a button for another restaurant.
That was it?
TERRIBLE FEEDBACK AND COMMUNICATION. Online is fine but there should be a way - text, email, ANYTHING, that allows us to complain.
