This is the worst provider we ever encountered!Pre-ordered at 12noon for dinner delivery at 545pm is to ensure we avoid peak crashes for our kids and family dinner!
Food Panda called at 550pm and said please hold as resturant is preparing. At 603pm they sent sms: "Unfortunately, Golden Spoon couldn't accept your order right now. Go to the app or foodpanda.sg to find another restaurant!" And you get no respond via call, not able to connect them.
All they do is give you a standard respond via chat and refused to refund the $238 immediately for failed delivery.Totally unacceptable!!!
